RP heights Tower is a newly proposed residential tower that focuses on both cutting edge technology and sustainability. However, the elegant design of the 50-storey tower, which stands at height of 204.00 meters, aims to achieve the perfect synergy between nature and space all the while ensuring to establish itself as one of the most iconic towers in Dubai’s infamous skyline.

The boldly curved balconies give the tower its graceful form and allow the inhabitants to enjoy various panoramic views of global destinations such as the architectural wonderland of Downtown Dubai, The notorious BurjKhalifa and the world’s largest mall; Dubai Mall.

They also work on reducing the direct sunlight in the summer as they twist away from the sun, which allows us to decrease the heat gain of the tower, and in turn reduce the energy consumption and the carbon footprint to a bare minimum.

The RP heights tower aims to translate the twisting fluidity of natural lines that are found in sandunes as well as to incorporate the flowing forms and organic punctuation in the landscape in order to establish itself in the urban context of Dubai as one of its most distinctive additions to the city’s existing skyline.

Providing the users with the best architectural and spatial experience possible, as well as establishing a clear connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Therefore, towering palm trees and lush landscaping were introduced around the building in order to provide the users with an ethereal experience as they enter the glass-cladded, triple heighted, lobby of the tower.

Many different spatial qualities and experiences were provided for the users ranging from the triple heighted lobby on the ground level, to the spacious apartments that form the tower, each of which is laced with its own panoramic view of the city, to the luxurious outdoor pools, pool decks and gyms that are located on the roof of the podium as well as the roof of the first volume of the semi-helix shaped tower that spirals over the skyline of the city of Dubai.

The RP heights tower is located within Downtown Dubai, opposite to the world’s largest Shopping Mall, The Dubai Mall and is in a close proximity to the tallest tower in the world that is Burj Khalifa.
