The Yamunotri Project
Mixed Use Development
Size : 391,267m²
Location : Noida,Delhi, India
Status : Detailed Design
Features : Key Statistics of the Yamunotri Development:
The Yamunotri Development sets a new precedent for 21st century architectural design in New Delhi, the Indian sub continent and across the world.
Drawing its architectural inspiration from the mystical Yamunotri glacier situated in the Garhwal Himalayas, the development is an exquisite mixed-use development and every inch the epitome of 21st century architecture. As the glacier slowly melts, ice cold water gathers in tranquil streams before tumbling down the rocky landscape thus forming
the Yamuna River which flows adjacent to the site. The elegant form of the buildings is perfectly synchronised with the cool elegance of the boulders that have been eternally shaped by the waters of the river. It is this vision of the river flowing between rocks and boulders that inspires the fluid architectural language of the Yamunotri development, comprising free forms and flowing lines.
The project is a multi-storey, mixed use development with a gross construction area of approximately 391,267m². 60% of the project will accommodate the two 5 star hotels, while the remaining 40% will accommodate the commercial components of the development (office and retail). The building will occupy a prime site in Noida, New Delhi
which sits adjacent to the Noida Expressway running between Delhi and Agra.
