The Zhengzhou Pearl project is to be built in the CBD area of
ZhengDong New Area development. It is envisioned that the
project will set a new benchmark in the standard and ambition of
architectural design in the City. The project is to be designed to
high quality design standards which is to become a distinguished
landmark for the ZhengZhou city.
The project is to accommodate Retail Mall, Commercial Offices, Five
and Six star Hotels and Serviced Apartments with a total built up
area of 1,600,000 m2 (approximately). The project is to achieve 8.2
FAR. The site area is 127,128 m2 .
